I have used Coole Bevis several times over the years with Dominic Mercer acting on our behalf on the last couple of occasions and I can't recommend him enough along with his assistant Lily. He is very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He is easy to deal with and has a great attention to detail which is very important when it comes to conveyancing.

Not a great experience, there were unavoidable delays in the process which I completely understand, however the lack of communication and transparency through the whole home buying experience was not acceptable. I have recently bought a home using another solicitor and it made me realise that the standard of work was not at the right level.

Great firm to contact when in need of legal assistance. Rebecca was quick to respond and gave clear advice on my options, she also recommended and contacted some barristers for me when i needed representation in court. She and the barrister were very quick to resolve my problem. I was lucky to have such a professional legal team in such short notice. highly recommended law firm.

I do not recommend this firm to any anyone with their right mind. And if you seeing my feedback don't be silly check feedbacks first and remember own staff can give false feedback just to look good. Absolutely nightmare solicitors I do not recommend them to anybody unless you are daft. 3 different solicitors to deal with one will, not to mention the lies and keys lost by them! Be told I won't say more!

Carol provided a conveyancing service for me and was excellent in the work carried out. She provided a very knowledgeable service and offered great advice which was presented in an easy to understand way throughout the duration of the transaction. Carol Blakey is a first class conveyancing solicitor that ensures everything is in place and mitigates or informs any potential risk happening before or after the property has been purchased. I have been lucky enough to employ her services 4 times since 2007 and her approach has always been consistent. Very professional, great communication, provides informative and constructive advice, and where required will chase the other party to ensure the transaction gets over the line. They either had a lack of knowledge or didn't think to pass the knowledge on to me the client, and as a result I got hit with a huge surprise bill of 1,500 some months after I had thought my dealings with them were over. No resolution to my complaint, astonishingly incompetent. Slow to respond to correspondance, and basically messed my life up quite considerably.
