We recently made an application with Raj at PJWard after having a bad experience with another Solicitors firm. Raj was a recommendation from a friend so we gave him a call. From the get go Raj was very open and honest and gave a very detailed consultation over the phone, speaking through our options, answered all of my questions and followed up with a detailed email.

This set him aside from other solicitors straight away as he was factual and helpful and didn't put too much empathise on the solicitors fees, which made me feel more open to trust him. He was able to offer help from the beginning without the feeling of being forced to sign up to his firm. Raj was extremely professional and organised throughout the whole process, being easily accessible on the phone and via email.

He prompted us with reminders and called to check in when we had any queries. He sent detailed lists of requirements and supported with checking and uploading all of the documentation so nothing was missed. He booked all of the appointments and even called us when we were abroad to make sure we had submitted the application and paid for it correctly.

He reduced our stress during the whole process and reassured us, when we had questions/doubts. Raj really did his best to support us and make us feel at ease. We cannot thank him enough as we have received a successful application due to him and all his hard work. I highly recommend Raj and will continue to use him in the future if needs be.

Incredible support and service. Always responsive, always good and comprehensive advice. No introductory charge to sit and discuss the nuts and bolts of the case before taking it on. When I first communicated with Raj he told us exactly what we needed to do step by step to get our fiance visa, then spousal visa.
