Living in Spain I needed to have a Will drawn up to cover my UK assets. Many solicitors & Will writing services were unwilling to assist me. I made an enquiry to Burt Brill & Cardens who were only too willing to help. I was passed onto Emily who provided me with an excellent service. Contentious probate is a delicate minefield at the best of times, but for those seeking a satisfactory resolution from thousands of miles away it has the potential to become a nightmare. Lacking the obvious advantage of residing in the United Kingdom (I live in New Zealand) one is reliant on the professionalism of a firm to a much greater degree than might otherwise be the case.
