I had the most awful experience with this firm. I can bet anything on the fact that the positive reviews are fake! A very simple matter escalated to a major fiasco due to the negligence of this firm. And once they've got you in their tentacles, they hold you to ransom extorting more and more money which was never agreed on to begin with. The most horrible experience ever. It was a nightmare. A word is enough for the wise!

AVOID this guy PANKAJ PATEL at PKP French solicitors -He is a totally Unscrupulous and an exploitative Scrounger. He was totally incompetent and tried to usurp the money he had held on account. He tried to claim he had done work for which he was never instructed! When he was found out he relented, but it took a lot of chasing to get my surplus money back. I was cautious, but imagine what he is probably getting away with others!

Such a rude group of people. I cannot even imagine who qualified Mr Pankaj Patel as a lawyer when he is not even able to communicate in English. Absolute waste of time, do not even think for a second to waste your money and time with this dodgy company.

Referred by friend but it turned out utter disappointment. Dealt with Pankaj Patel. He is extremely difficult to communicate. Hardly take your call or has courtesy to reply back. Lost my help to buy bonus because of them not knowing process. I submitted my documents well in advanced before completion but they were clueless and eventually I lost approx 1500.

May be they are good for straight forward case but surely not for slightly complex case. But then they are not cheap either, they shouldnt have taken my case in first place! I would shop around for better for my next project but not them!

Referred to the firm by a friend in connection with a purchase of a business. Found them to be friendly efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects including accounts.

I sought the help of PKP French solicitor's after losing a substantial amount of money to a company who would not provide the service I had paid for and then would not reimburse my money. I dealt with Pankaj Patel and found him very rude and uncommunicative to the extent that in some cases I would wait over a month the get a response to my correspondence.

He failed to address the points put forward to him and was advised to take it to the small claims court. This cost me 1000 in fees - almost as much as I was trying to claim back! I found their overall approach arrogant, uncaring, unsympathetic and verging on the unethical. I would never recommend PKP French to anyone. I should have gone directly to the court myself for as much use they were.

A complete and utter waste of money. Pankaj knew the situation I was in and still charged a ridiculous amount of money for a few letters - all of which were completely useless. An utter waste of time and money.

I had heard mixed reviews but decided to use them for conveyancing on my first property. I dealt with Priti Patel, and I found her very difficult to communicate with from the outset, there were delays in her responses, and phone conversations with her were very abrupt. I felt very kept in the dark and felt I couldnt approach her. I initially wanted to use Pankaj Patel but he never got me to my VM.

The transaction did not complete and they still made me pay a sizeable amount for just reaching the stage of searches which didnt tally up with the quote and terms and conditions. Did not go back to them (and I do not intend to) for my next property conveyancing transaction which is now complete.

PKP French Solicitors are a very professional, supportive and approachable firm of Solicitors that are always on hand to provide me with the advice I need and have so far saved my business tens of thousands of pounds. Having recently successfully obtained several Orders from the Companies section of the High Court in my on-going matter, I continue to place my trust in PKP French Solicitors and have come to rely on the services provided by PKP French Solicitors with full faith.
