Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness It is impossible to get in contact. I had to call daily for weeks and threaten to leave before getting response. A case which could have been complete in a year took 3 years and its still not complete. My advice is look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They will waste your time, use up all your savings and exhaust you before encouraging you to take out a private loan from a firm that they recommend to continue with legal proceedings. It may appear professional at first and to your benefit initially but you will then eventually realise that they're just there to generate more business out of you. My sincere advice, please think twice before considering this firm.
