Dear Madam, It is now nearly 25 years since I am active in property business during which I have sold and bought many properties as professional landlord. It is absolutely ridiculous that apart from being expensive as a whole, you also charge customers for "general office expenses" and indemnity insurance! For your information almost every business you can imagine has general office expenses which is called overhead for which you already charge a fee.

There is nothing especial about being a law firm in comparison to other businesses. I am sorry but I am looking for a good lawyer not a good banker. Hence I will not bring my business to you. Many thanks Reza Paymai

We have recently completed a house sell and purchase with a long chain and many complications. A huge thank you to Reshma Patel who helped us to steer through this successfully. This is our second house purchase and just like last time, we chose to have Reshma as our property solicitor and again it's been proved that she's the best one we have ever come across! Reshma is a cool, calm and composed person with high professional standards, service and expertise.

Her attention to details and knowledge is amazing. We had a lot of issues along the chain - the estate agent was playing double side, 3 buyers fell through due to affordability issues, other parties' solicitors were not efficient enough - in all these, Reshma was always on top of things, she worked with us on every step and guided us to the right direction.

We didn't have to care about the legal side of this chain as we knew she'd handle it well and she did great! She's always reachable and very responsive too - for us as her clients and other parties involved. She cares and always keeps her client's best interest at heart. Even after the sale/purchase was completed, she kept us informed about important things.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Curry Popeck and I cannot stress enough their level of professionalism and competence. We worked with a wonderful lady named Reshma regarding the purchase of our new property. The property we were buying already had three buyers fall through due to furlough and we were the fourth so the estate agents had dealt with many legal professionals regarding the property.

That being said, they made a special effort to mention to us that Reshma was the most thorough and diligent of all, saying it was clear that she was trying very hard to take care of us. I returned to him as he had efficiently handle my purchase previously. I feel safe in leaving all affairs pertaining to both my sale and purchase to him while I was away. Communications were clear and prompt. Completions on both sale and purchase were swift and efficient and I was updated every steps to end. I couldn't have chosen a better solicitor.

Due to the international nature of selling my house in the UK and the purchase of a home in the USA, the ideal solicitors had to be efficient, effective and communicate appropriately because of the time zones. The Curry Popeck solicitor did an amazing job. I am a very happy customer.

If I could I would rate this lower than a one star, I have been appalled at the level of communication a certain Reshma Patel had with her client, who was purchasing my property. This woman who calls herself a lawyer took six weeks to respond to my lawyer. The paperwork for her client became out of date and she failed to realise this and when the property was ready to exchange and complete she dragged it out even further.

I would never recommend this firm but most importantly her! The directors of this company need to see that this is not a good way of conveyancing for their clients, it's absolutely rubbish service and a rip off!

Could not have asked for anything more from Curry Popeck. I would highly recommend this firm and it was such a pleasure working with Neysan. He took care of all details and made the entire process so smooth as we live in the U S A and had to deal with our real estate long distance.
