We switched to Harold Benjamin for the sale / purchase of our property after a disastrous experience with our previous conveyancers. Jonathan Rose and Sarah Phasey were superb in their knowledge, professionalism and speed in dealing with firstly the sale of our leasehold maisonette, which was more complicated than we first anticipated, then for the purchase of our new house.

They were prompt at responding to emails and calls and always took the time to explain the more complex topics so that we fully understood our position and the appropriate actions we needed to take. I recently completed in the sale of my house, which was to say the least, not the most straight forward of transactions. However Sarah Phasey was absolutely brilliant. Aside from an incredible professionalism - Sarah was on the ball from the get go - very communicative, transparent & kept us updated step by step. I was never once in a position by where I had to chase her up on anything & she even went the extra mile in terms of making herself available to collect necessary paperwork etc directly from me - all with a view of getting the job done properly / preventing delays. Overall, Sarah handled what was a very tricky, difficult situation with absolute class & her attitude towards the job is second to none.
