Was Quoted by Minesh Tarker who is apparently a partner of Blaser Mills 6k for probate, change of title deeds and distribution of late mother's estate. We agreed and paid in full, a year later we needed to change the title deeds and discovered he had only executed the probate and nothing else. We protested that he's charged us for all of the tasks but only did the probate which most law firms charge 1k-2k.
He offered us a paltry 1k refund which meant we were charged 5k for a probate which is an absolute rip off. We refused this offer and are now pursuing him with the law ombudsman. Bottom line is be very careful of even so called "reputable firms" and make sure you get multiple quotes. A perfect example of a thief who gets away with stealing because he wears a suit and talks posh.

We would recommend Karla Dudley and her team. They did all the legal work for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Can't speak highly enough of her especially as we had a particularly difficult purchaser and solicitor, but through her great experience dealt with them admirably. What a surprise! Solicitors who are proactive and communicative (routinely replying within 15 minutes to emails) efficient and just very pleasant to deal with. They use a portal called "Redbrick solutions" so you can see how your conveyancing is progressing and what paperwork they have organised. The other thing I like is that the names are are all very multicultural and that you get 3 or 4 people dealing with your case, so someone always replied quickly. A real breath of fresh air.

Blaser Mills take the stress out of property transactions as you know that you have the best team on your side. Zara Liedl Carroll and her team are calm, efficient and keep you informed.
