Unfortulately Mr McDonald never gets back to me in regards to a covenant to be rewmoved on deeds to a house we purchased through him. I have left messages, text, phoned and even knocked on the door, with no joy at all!. Terrible non service! I don't suggest yiu go to him, however the lady I dealt with for my Will to be drawn up was excelent!

I contacted Edward Harte as a landlord having to deal with a tenant not vacating the property after a Section 21 notice had been issued. My initial contact was with Sam Stoneham, assistant to Samantha Dawkins. Sam was empathetic & from the start explained the process clearly. She also understood the urgency with which things had to be dealt with. Their service was friendly, professional & very supportive. I cannot recommend Edward Harte highly enough.

I really want to thank Sam for all the work she did for my sister. She had been unfairly dismissed after over 30 years of loyal service. Her knowledge and expertise, helped to expose the employer for its mismanagement of the whole affair and went a long way to getting a much better result. Two Piers Housing Co-op asked Samantha Dawkins to help with a particularly complex possession order. Samantha was very quick to understand the basics of co-operative housing, the possibility of a problem arising from a recent judgment (Mexfield) and the potential clash between disability law and seeking possession. Samantha was succinct whilst enabling difficult discussions, down to earth when discussing the mental health aspects, clear and concise in her advice by phone and email, and efficient in court. Samantha asked a colleague to review Mexfield at no higher fee, and came up with a novel solution if the problem was encountered. The co-op was very happy with Samantha's work on this case.

Sadly I had to contact Sam Dawkins of Edward Harte solicitors as I had a local cleaning firm who had not paid their invoice for 10 months. I was unable to get a reply from them. Sam talked me through my options in detail and allowed me to make my own decision on if I wished to pursue it. I decided I would and forwarded all details I had and she composed a letter which she forwarded to me myself approve before sending. I am very happy with the service and communication. Reasonable cost and really knows how to get the desired result. Thank you all who were involved.
