Poor quality of service, often chasing my own evidence, lack of communication throughout various people leaving without letting me know who were handling my case, I was told that my case was strong and i had 8ndeed proved that I could win, and waited a long time just to be told that I won't win by someone else, stay firmly away, I shall be following this up with a formal complaint qnd notifying the ombudsman

Proving to be rather unprofessional with the lack of communication my case is due in front of a panel soon and absolutely no correspondence since I signed with them. Facebook posts get deleted and short snappy replies via messenger. Zero calls back and no emails to let me know what's going on. So unreliable. GUYS GO ELSEWHERE. EDIT* MY NUMBER WAS NOT POSTED ON FACEBOOK THIS IS A BLATANT LIE TO JUSTIFY REMOVING MY COMMENT. Re edit I've since reposted and been blocked/banned from the page it show their lack of customer service. Terrible terrible experience

This company have been working on a claim of mine since 2012 at the begining was going well then as soon as my solicitors started changing its all started slowing down LOADs. my solicitors been changed for the 3rd time now everytime they change seems to put them back even longer as the amount of files they have to go throught takes months and months so this wastes time (and obviously makes them more money as they charge hourly).They can be very hard to get hold of not in the office much and have to keep calling for updates or dont get any. i just wish they would be honest with the expected time scales and not mislead me. sad to say i dont think i would use again of needed in the future (if my claim ever gets sorted)

I went to HM with a medical greivance. They took so long in arranging appointments with specialists that my 3 year time scale to claim was exceeded. On top of this I received no updates, and they haven't returned any of my calls. This firm is extremely unprofessional and I have learned an expensive lesson. Never again will I take a possible claim to this outfit. Avoid at all costs.
