Who is responsible for your accident? Firstly, we need to ensure that the person or organisation that caused your injury is, according to the law, found responsible for what has happened. In legal terms, this is known as 'liability' for your accident. The duty is upon us to prove, by various means, that your opponent was responsible for your accident.
Here at Aegis Legal, we understand that you want to be sure that you will not receive a large legal bill at the end of your case. Aegis Legal will usually deal with your case on a Conditional Fee ("no win, no fee") basis. In successful cases, Aegis Legal will recover legal costs from your opponent, although you will pay a "success fee" which we cap at 25% of your compensation. If the case is unsuccessful, then Aegis Legal will waive any legal charges subject to your compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
Have I got a claim? The simple answer is - if the accident was caused totally, or in part, by the fault of another person or organisation, then you have a claim. That other person may be the driver of a car, your employer, the owner of a local business, your local supermarket, local Council, etc. Sometimes the claim is against more than one party.

Absolutely would not recommend this useless company! After 3 years of basically no contact they tell me that the case has come to a end or i have to pay to take it to court because lack of evidence after i sent pictures of both damaged vehicle's more than once sent both witness details more than once who both saw the accident! Ive had 3 different people deal with my case each time has not a slightest clue about it and every time i rang ive been told the same rubbish each time or ive been told i will get a call back and never did each time i chased and chased them trying to find out where i stand with no response!
Last guy i was dealing with was paul stanway who didnt seem to no the difference between hes back side and hes elbow which i must state must have atleast 5 lunch breaks a day as every time i tried to make contact with him was either on a lunch break, on call or out of office what was complete rubbish! Please if you cant avoid this dreadful company then atleast try to avoid him but my recommendation would be to avoid using this company what so ever you will thank me in the long run! I lost out because of lack of communication and work skills and received nothing but petty excuses every time i rang! So avoid at all costs.
