Bit of a joke. You can't get through to the staff on the phones. If you press an option other than new claims you are mostly going to get told to go online. Went through any option to speak to somebody and their phone lines cut off after waiting 10 mins in a queue. Cheers

Useless thieves. Use someone else, they don't give a toss about you, they just want to rip your eyes out and make as much as they can out of you whilst doing the bare minimum. Take your time to find a more competent solicitor.

I would never recommend this company to anyone as you can see in the reviews I had to practically chase them to deal with my claim slow at reply's emails medical everything.

First of all do your homework if thinking about using this company. They are an 'alternative business structure'.which means they can legally employ non legal employees. Ignore the feefo reviews as Bott and co decide who to send the review let now to. ( You can apply to feefo directly but they need proof that you used them). We contacted Bott and co regarding a sensitive PI claim and made it clear we were speaking to others solicitors and requested their fee structure.

No structure was presented and they kept calling us. They then wrote to the company we were potentially going to sue asking for details and stating that they were acting on our behalf. Which was not the case. I'm just giving anyone thinking of using Bott and Co a heads up. We are waiting to hear back regarding our complaint before taking this to the ombudsman and solicitors regulation authority with a breach of conduct. Please note that the Law Society is a solicitors union.not an organisation that regulates them.quite the opposite.

The claim was successful. It took took a while but I was updated with the progress and if I needed anything explaining they would help me. I was kept informed through. I would like to thank them for the work they did.

The getting you on board that's the only time they are good and helpful, months of chasing up details with them, getting sent to physio ages away paying tunnel fees and petrol, asking to be changed for one 2 sessions - then being offered 300 ! Only got told at settlement i could of asked them for travel/tunnel fees at the time but 'now its settlement nothing we can do'.

Staff don't really seem to be bothered, can't be arsed attitude and lethargic. Defiantly wouldn't ever use again and wouldn't ever recommend to anyone. What a waste of miles, petrol, time, money, work! Just to get a farting 300, choose your solicitor wisely or do it yourself!

Bott and Co did a flight compensation claim for me. They got me the money in the end but they only wanted to chase the easy parts of my claim. Also, their communication was poor, many a times I felt ignored.

Used Bott & Co after a road accident which was not my fault (rear ended at a roundabout). The company has been excellent. They helped me get physio and handled the claim professionally. I was kept informed throughout. The settlement was probably 25-40% better than I would have received without them acting on my behalf, even after their fees. Would recommend to others if you've had a road accident which wasn't your fault

As they informed me , it would take a while . Their results were excellent. I contacted the airline and they offered me a voucher for$175.00 to use on their airline. BOTT was able to get us 780 pounds. We were happy . They keep you informed and make the experience as seamless as possible. GREAT STAFF.

Brilliant company I cannot recommend enough - 2 years ago we were turned down for compensation for a 4 hour delay from the airline. My boss had used this company before and said to use them - I thought no way its been 2 years and the airline had already said to me no (3 times). Well after he filled in the forms for me within 4 weeks the compensation was in my bank wow impressed or what. Great communication and a great result - a big thank you to the team.

Absolutely first rate service handling flight delay claim. From first making claim to receiving compensation took just over a fortnight. Excellent service from Bott & Co regarding a claim for delayed flight compensation. Simple to make a claim via their website, and lots of communication about the progress of the claim. Staff were helpful on the couple of occasions I had to contact them, and in the end I won a decent payout from the airline involved. Bott & Co dealt with mine and my daughter's claim very well - we were delayed 19 hours in Mexico and we were transferred to a sub standard hotel. Although it did take 7 months to receive our compensation, it was not their fault but the dragging of heels from the tour operator. We received a very fair proportion of our compensation. Thankful to have £350 in my bank account.

After being delayed from Florida to Manchester by 3 Hours 45 Minuets Thomas Cook denied us compensation as they said the flight was only delayed by 2 hours 59 and you had to be delayed by 3 hours + to receive compensation. I contacted Bott & Co straight away they opened a case and said we were eligible to claim, after a couple of weeks I received an email saying Thomas Cook had agreed to settle our claim! I can not fault this company at all! Communication was also excellent!
