Used for getting access to my son which was successful, but when they represent you at court do not be under the illusion that the price you pay is the price. they will add on costs for every little thing; Such as phone calls made in the court related to the proceedings. very opaque and dishonest. Preying on people at their lowest, Hopefully not typical of all solicitors but I despair.

Many Thanks to Joanna & her team for all the help & advice they gave me when dealing with my mums will & estate. Everyone I spoke to were very professional & helpful right from the first contact I had with the receptionist to book my initial appointment. They made everything that much easier to deal with in what was obviously a difficult time for me.

Absolutely awful! I see some good reviews on here and that confuses me even more because they were just dreadful. What I needed was a very simple and easy job and they could have handled it so much better. Very poor communication throughout, when they did respond it was blunt and rude. If you like being spoken down too and made to feel like you are beneath them then these are the guys for the job.
It was like I was burdening them with a job to do. No "Thank you for using Ringrose" or anything of the sort. Paperwork was incorrect and charges being applied after completion, incorrect invoices sent which I had to question. For a solicitor you'd think their paperwork would be spot on. I have learnt always check and cross check paperwork, even if it's from someone who should get things right.
I appreciate we are all human but from start to finish it was a unpleasant experience. The nicest person I spoke to was the accounts lady when paying the invoice. I wouldn't recommend to anyone! If they want to take anything on board it would be to treat their customers as people not as burdens, after all without people they wouldn't have a job to do in the first place.

My husband and I recently used Ringrose Law for our conveyancing and were seriously impressed. They were considerably better than the firm we used for our last house purchase. Bev was amazing at replying quickly to emails and phone calls, she was professional and knowledgeable throughout. We really felt like Bev was fighting our corner and looking out for our best interests during our house sale and purchase, and I would really highly recommend using Ringrose Law. Thank you for the excellent service!

I only ever got an update when I continuously had to make contact to ask for one. Nothing seemed to get done until I kept pushing for an update - there was no initiative from Ringrose to progress things off their own back. Jade, who was an associate of Amanda's (my solicitor), told me in an email in April 2018 that the only thing left was the results of a management pack I had paid for before we could exchange.
I subsequently moved out in a rush as I was due to go on holiday for 2 weeks and the results were due during that time. When I returned from my holiday the management pack still hadn't come back (it was only meant to take 10 working days) and it magically appeared the day I landed back in the UK after I made contact twice that day. It then transpired that a previous query about a parking area had no been properly resolved and I had been misled.
The end result was months of twoing and froing with no conclusion until a senior solicitor had to get involved. I finally exchanged and completed in July 2018, much to a greater expense to myself due to paying for a premises I wasn't living in. However many times I spoke to Ringrose, nobody seemed to care about the situation they had put me in. It had a really bad effect on my mental health too.
A positive was that all the staff were friendly when I did contact them and the senior solicitor resolved the parking issue with 2-3 weeks of getting involved. These guys were recommended through Move With Us who sold my property and I was highly disappointed. A relatively simple no chain sale took about 6 months to complete - ridiculous.
