I used Neil Jones @ Page Nelson for a recent house purchase! The overall experience was good, especially because I was buying my first home. The communication and the checking of documents could be improved but overall very happy!

Having most things electronically also made it easy, however when I asked for paper copies it was not a problem.

We recently updated our wills and received an excellent service. Drafts were quickly sent to us via email and our requests were immediately dealt with. The turn around time of a week suited our needs. We have also used other services the company offers, within the last 3 years and would certainly recommend them.

Awful. Avoid Neil Jones at all cost. No communication, no updates, unprofessional when we called to express our concern. We moved to an alternative firm and got things wrapped up in a matter of days. I cannot recommend Page Nelson or Neil Jones to anyone.

Whatever you do, do not use Neil Jones. When you are desperate for an update he will somehow disappear of the face of the earth and no-one will ever be able to contact him. Even when he tells you something has been done, double check, as it won't have been. Terrible service.

A waste of time, and effort. Void of any integrity. Steer well clear.

This company failed to chase our purchase communication was poor, yes they are cheaper but you get what you pay for, in this case nothing but trouble and delays. AVOID this company they simply do not care.
