Anthony Clark & Co was established in 1947 by the late Mr Anthony Clark, who was a former Sheriff of Lincoln and President of the Lincolnshire Law Society. Since then the firm has developed its areas of practice to offer clients advice and assistance in most areas of the law. The firm has a strong presence in Lincoln in the area of family and childcare work gained through many years of experience.
Family law covers a variety of aspects of everyday life. Our specialist team are able to give you advice in relation to all matters arising out of this area of law. Every case differs from the next and as such all of our clients are treated as individuals and offered the support and service that they require to assist them in dealing with all issues pursuant to their case.

We also appreciate and understand that this is one of the most important decisions in your life and we have the experience and expertise to ensure that we "put you first" which is why most of our clients return to us time after time.
To assist with the budgeting of any residential conveyancing transaction we have set out below for indicative purposes only what a typical standard sale and purchase transaction would cost depending upon the value of each property. The fees have been calculated on the basis of an unconditional contract and the property being sold or bought with vacant possession and assuming that completion takes place on the date agreed in the contract.

From day 1 Anthony Clark & Co were helpful and friendly. I went about getting divorced and had an amazing lady called Lisa Kellett who I'd recommend, she explained everything and made me feel so comfortable and listened to. I started the process in February 2020 so just before covid-19 so there were delays but through the whole process Lisa kept me up to date and was only an email or call a way. Everytime I was unsure about anything no matter how silly Lisa would get back to me straight away and answer my worries so I fully understood. I would definitely recommend Anthony Clark & Co and would definitely recommend Lisa Kellett.

If you are a father fighting for access for your children Anthony Clark & Co can definately help. Philip Dubut, Kaylea Mcbay and their team of barristers got the result/order that was required for the benefit of the children. They kept the fee's to an absolute minimum whilst still getting the result needed plus more. I would highly recommend this company if you are a father fighting for access.
