I'll be honest, I've worked in the building occupied and managed by Bevan Brittan for 3 years. It took me 2 years to realise Bevan Brittan wasn't an actual person working in my building. Every toilet cubicle says 'if there's a problem with these facilities, please contact Bevan Brittan'. I had no idea who this Bevan chap was but for 18 months I was sure I could find him if the toilets were backed up.
