Deepa managed the sale of my house after being recommended by my agent. She was fantastic throughout the whole process and I couldn't have asked for more. Professional, approachable, prompt at replying and proving updates. I felt I was in safe hands at every step of the way. I have used recently used Deepa Banks at Bobbetts Mackan for a property purchase. I have been really impressed by Deepa's outstanding professionalism, friendly and approachable manner, superb knowledge and outstanding customer service. After using many Solicitors in the past, I was always left dissatisfied with the service received, however Deepa definitely goes above and beyond the average Solicitor and her efficiency and speed is unbelievable.

She will always answer the phone and if not will always contact you back the same day. I was kept updated along the whole process, had queries answered and Deepa was very efficient in finding the best solution and advice where needed making what usually is a stressful experience very, very smooth.
