Nice friendly staff. NHS discount available. Enjoyed the meal, but unfortunately some items were not available including halloumi and garlic bread.

Food was okay but when I went up to the counter to order, the staff behind the counter were messing around. It didn't fill me with confidence. I have no problem with staff being happy at work but pushing, tickling, taking photos of each other around food being cooked isn't acceptable in my opinion. It did put me off my food, i have to say!

Would really recommend a visit to this Nando's our food took a little longer the usual but Samantha the manager was really apologetic and then went over and beyond to make sure we left feeling satisfied and looked after. If we come out to eat in Oldham again we will definitely be coming to this Nando's. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Ever since this specific branch opened I have been going about once a quarter and the food is consistently great, the staff are always attentive and lovely. The new QR code ordering system is fantastic. I didn't think it would improve the ordering experience as much as it did to be fair. If you like reasonably priced, great quality food then give it a try. (And make sure to try the marinated olives, they are perfect!)

The decor of this nandos is the best one i've seen out of all the ones i've been to. I usually go to the one at Elk Mill but its always so busy and there's a wait so I tried this one. It was so quiet! Like 2 or 3 customers. They had more staff than customers. Having said that, I did go at around 3pm on a Thursday. I'm not complaining as the quietness allowed me to comfortably bring in my children and their pram and not worry about overcrowding.

Food was good and on time as per usual. They have outdoor seating at this Nandos which I was planning on using but the sun was just too much and there was no shade. 4 stars and will visit again.

This is the best (was) Nandos in comparison to Elk Mill and Ashton one at their retail park. Something about the quality of chicken being softer and the chips not being burned. The size of the place is nice having being attached to the old town hall. Just a trek to the toilet Update of 22nd January 2022 what an earth happened to Nandos quality of food!

The portion size looks like something from a era of rationing. I asked for a mayo which they would have usually brought over but I'm told you have to go back into the stupid app to order it and it's not free either. There was no garlic sauce on the shelf. The price your paying and value for money has gone way way way down this actually feels like worse quality food than McDonald's now and that's a last resort anyway. Safely say I won't be going to any Nandos again. My first paragraph of the review was done 4 years ago when it first opened. The picture you see is the Nandos of 2022.

Still trying to push ordering on your phone via a QR code, which takes away from the whole dining out experience. Managed to order at till due to paying cash. Toilets are 10 miles underground from restaurant. Had no medium chicken when we went, so had to go lower on the scale as didn't want to risk hot being too hot. On the plus side decent portions and tasty food and quick service.

Came in and was told it was a 45 minute wait despite it being pretty dead inside, fine. Go shopping and back to our car put everything away. Come back with 15 minutes left and ask to wait inside as it was -2°C outside and was told no even after we pleaded. Apparently the waiting area is for pickup orders, so i asked if I can order chips to go and sit there and she said no because she knows I want to eat in after. Shocking Customer service!

Customer service was okay but could be better. Once the food came, mash wasn't creamy, it was really dry on top and the chicken thighs were burnt too. Should be an option with the drinks if anyone wants a straw. Does need slight improvement but overall it's okay.

Great tasty food made quickly in a very clean & chilled atmosphere with happy helpful staff - would recommend.
