Roy Smith, with the excellent support of Vinitha, managed our Transfer of Equity transaction with super efficiency and real dedication. Their regular and proactive communication was particularly appreciated (and in my experience quite unique compared to other firms). We are absolutely delighted with the fast turnaround, cannot recommend highly enough, and are grateful to them; thank you very much.

Initially I had a good experience with Lawcomm so I used them again to remortgage and have had the reverse experience. I have had to chase for information at every stage and now months after completion I have been contacted twice for retrospective payments because of their accounting errors. This has included for items that they had missed off the initial completion statement completely or for which they had allocated to the wrong person.

Each time when I made a payment, I asked for confirmation of receipt, which I received so I considered the matter closed. To receive letters telling me that I had not paid and made errors, multiple times, has been really poor customer service and I really would not recommend them to anyone again. Save yourself some stress.

Exceptional service from Michelle and Trish, they kept us updated continuously on our house purchase and sale, even through some difficult stages we were kept in the loop and made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. They made our buying experience a positive one and we always had a point of contact even through annual leave. Donna coverred and kept us updated, we never felt alone. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

I was referred to Lawcomm by a friend and honestly was blown away by the service. From starting with Jay Jay at the beginning, trying to get my case started to dealing with Sanjib throughout my property sale transaction. It was a difficult transaction but the support I received was unparalleled. Sanjib was still emailing me even at 9/10pm. I don't think I ever waited for than 5 minutes for a response.

I am exceptionally impressed with the Swift and professional service from Lawcomm. My re-mortgage was originally caught up with the PPL server crash after a 2 month wait before the crash even happened. As soon as I moved to Lawcomm the entire process took only 10 working days from instruction. ( The valuation had already taken place beforehand which helped ).

I cannot thank them enough and certainly worth paying more for a quality service. All calls and messages were replied to swiftly giving clear updates and requests for information.

Sophie was fantastic the whole way through our buying process. She was incredibly attentive and always responding quickly to any queries we had along the way. On their website it says "As a firm, we are working very hard to make the conveyancing process as quick and as hassle free for our clients as possible." Looking at the shocking reviews on the web and Google Reviews in particular, and my own dreadful experience, they need to keep working at it. They talk about "Super Fast Conveyancing", Super Slow would be more accurate. I do not recommend this firm at all.

Don't recommend, find a company that doesn't have too many cases to handle at once. They also need some sort of workflow management as they send duplicate letters. They can not even calculate completion statements correctly. Calls not answered, emails not answered, no way to escalate or complain.
