Without prejudice Unfortunately I wasted 6 months with these people and they have hampered my case quite seriously. I was badly advised by Michael Coley. He was never available, didn't get back to me when promised and basically I spent 6 months living in a state of anxiety, never knowing if I would get the call or anything I asked to be done actually done.

I was spoken to very unprofessionally, shouted at and reduced to tears on numerous occasions, which badly effected my nerves. Everything was last minute and very poor replies to the other side. I am now with a professional company and the difference is like night and day. I now feel very confident as I feel I am in good hands with Bret Wilson. Unfortunately I am now going to have to make an official complaint as I have wasted 9600 with this firm and the fact they have put me in a very insidious position. Michael Coley is a hobby solicitor in my opinion, his heart is only in simple cases and he looks for the easy way out. I feel he was not up to dealing with my case in any way shape or form. To be honest dealing with him was like being a part of one flew over the cuckoos nest!.

Worst experience ever. I have had a case with Michael Coyle since September 2018 and till date, nothing has moved forward on my case to the point where I haven't even been given a case number. I have been continually messed around for the last three years regarding my case, including multiple stretches of time where I was ignored when I attempted to contact them, both my phone and email, after I found out I was being lied to by the lawyer himself.

Despite Lawdit admitting the delay of the case was completely their fault, they have been done nothing to remedy this and again I'm being ignored in my attempts to contact them. Michael promised me to get a verdict and solution within 6 months prior to the appeal. I do believe that they have been paid to turn me down. They have completely ruined my case and my life, now when appeal time is going to end, they have stopped contacting me. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
