Highly recommended. Use Access Law for buy property and they did absolutely great job. We been behind with everything ( previews solicitors let me down) but since Wendy and Christine take my case everything speed up. Great respond for email and phone. I would like say thank you again.

My buyer used their employee or partner by the name of Alan. Absurdly slow. Caused myself & my buyer lots of stress. My buyer would call him only to get his secretary almost every time & calls not returned. Four weeks were wasted as this man called Alan insisted that leaseholder info was provided on a particular form LPE1 when it didn't need to be & the block managing agent don't use that form anyway.

We'd already provided the information anyway. He forgot to make a vital phone call ref exchange. He wasted another week by sending docs to my solicitor that were meant to go to my buyer instead. He cost me money in terms of paying overheads on my vacant flat for a month or more longer than necessary. Unprofessional & no empathy towards other people's needs. My buyer's unhappy too. Avoid them

Excellent service from senior partner and staff who handled my late Mother's probate and sale of the house. Very friendly and empathic and the fees were very reasonable : less than I was originally quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My best wishes to Wendy and all at the office.

All the staff at access law could not do enough for us. We had a lot of stress and tears over 6 months with our sale, but Alan and the team were so kind and helpful all the way through. We have used this company for various reasons and at all times have received a professional and efficient service from them. I decided to use Access Law for the purchase of my house. My husband and I are first time buyers and so needed a little bit of guidance through the process. I googled lots of firms and received lots of quotes, Access Law weren't the cheapest but they were good value, and I am glad I paid the small additional amount to have a solicitor in Southampton for ease of signing/dropping off paperwork.

We were very pleased with the service we were given. Alan was always professional and helpful - he was available on the phone or via email whenever I needed him and answered all of my questions. This doesn't seem the case with most solicitors so it was very reassuring. He was quick to prepare the documents we needed and, unlike many other firms, did not charge the 50 fee per person to sort out our Help to Buy ISA bonus payment.

There was a slight issue with a restrictive covenant on our property which he handled carefully and advised us at every turn. Overall I would highly recommend Access Law as a buyer, and will most likely return to them when I need to sell this property.

An expensive mistake. I was unfortunate enough to decide to use this company and from start to finish they were slow with replying to emails and working on my whole conveyancing process. The first document they sent me had the wrong amount stated on it which should have been enough of a warning not to proceed with this company. They changed buildings during my house buying process and the estate agents were not given their details to contact them so they were left bewildered.

The biggest failure comes due to the fact despite Alan informing me that he was asking for a retainer fee to cover the service charge deficit and so i presumed he had carried this out as discussed as he never mentioned any issue with it again, he didn't in fact do this and i only found out about this after the flat buying process was complete. Thanks to Alan and Access Law i am left with a deficit of 230 which is not my bill and should have been covered under the retainer that Alan should have taken.

Despite repeated attempts to them to try and solve this issue they continue to inform me they are looking in to it.eight weeks after initially contacting them about the matter. I hope never to have the displeasure of working with this company again.

I recently engaged Access Law for their conveyancing services after they had been recommended. I have been pleased with the way they acted on my behalf.
