We had Lydia to help get our tenant out on a S21, she failed and we ended up going to an evicition specialist as she was utterly useless, we spent thousands to be told we have little chance and itl cost about 10k. Only hundreds of pounds we have had 2 court cases, an eviction date and all coats to be paid. Lydia has NO BACKBONE and it felt like it was all money orientated not customer. Dont employ Lydia for anything that isnt simple and straight forward. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Having one complaint already being taken further we were informed today that Lodders had cancelled our Land Registry application after 9 months of waiting. A part of the application had been filled out incorrectly and as we had changed solicitors Lodders did not contact us or forward the correct information onto Land Registry but simply cancelled this vital document.
Why would anyone do something like this to such an important document. I am simply lost of words not only will we have to pay for this again, we will have to wait a further 3 months and we can not re-finance on this project. Furious does not begin to explain how I feel.

Cost me and stress as they didn't get there ducks in a row so to speak tried bluffing there way Rubbish! Could of taken a lot longer and went to trial so I did a deal which cost me money.lady dealing the matter was young tbh and I don't wish to name her I blame Lodders they should of done better and appointed someone with more knowledge.

I wouldn't hesitate to promote Mike Wakeling and his litigation team. A senior partner took us through a public enquiry. We knew we had a good case. Half way through the other side offered us a good deal, we were advised not to accept. We lost. We lost the case and an awful lot of money in fees. Their case was weak but the way Lodders fort it was amateurish to say the least. With a few years to reflect we can now fully understand how badly it was handled.
