Absolutely disappointed in this firm! My mum had a medical claim in 2017 with this company and after 5 failed solicitors each telling my mum a different story about how we have a brilliant case! Medical experts saying a good case. My mum had to email to chase her claim for the email to bounce back and oh yes another solicitor! We have been left being told oh no claim! We will find a new solicitor. And make everyone aware of the poor service my mum has received from this company.!

Great solicitors and very professional. Communication with Maria was excellent. She was always so helpful. She used to respond to my e-mails promptly and the communication on the phone was spot on. She always explained everything to me in details and took immediate actions if it was needed. My case was complex- there was a charge on the property and my ex-partner lives abroad. Maria managed to complete it effectively and I am very grateful for it. I would always highly recommend Alsters Kelley Solicitors.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Had similar experience to another reviewer - absolutely terrible service, no response to emails, calls not returned, huge delays, no answers to my questions. Has to make formal complaint - got no response. Had to escalate complaint and contact Legal Ombudsman. They even shouted at me blaming me and everyone else involved in the chain.

Very unprofessional and plain rude. Never admitted their wrongdoings, never apologised, never promised to sort things out. And a cherry on the cake. I've had a huge row with them yesterday and left them a negative review somewhere online. Guess what? I got a phone call today from one of their directors demanding that I remove this negative review or they'll stop acting for me.

No even a tiny attempt to sort out the problem or to find out why their customer is so unhappy, just plain threat - remove your review or go away. Really? You shout at and threaten your clients and believe they'll keep paying you? So, I'm changing my solicitor now. It's unbelievable how much stress they can cause, so save yourself from this torture and go elsewhere.

This has got to be the worst, most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune of dealing with! I wish we'd never employed them! Even after serious professional misconduct, and a lengthy complaint, they still maintain that their solicitor did nothing wrong. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
