ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The staffs are very rude and wouldn't admit their mistakes and even tried to blame it on us.

I have used Amelia 4 times now to certify documents. It has always been fast and efficient. I would recommend Leung & Co. and will continue to use them in future. Great service.

Absolutely terrible business - do not go there. I have no idea why they are in business and allowed to operate. Despite having an appointment booked, the staff had no knowledge of this and I was made to wait 30 minutes for a service that should have taken 5. The staff had no idea what they were doing, and I was not able to speak to the the lawyer herself throughout all of the time I was there. I was made to feel awful. Do not use this business. If I could give this place 0, I would. Terrible.

Critical: Responsiveness Sent email asking for urgent signing of document in front of a NP on Monday and still as yet no reply. Have had to go elsewhere. Strange?

Due to being threatened with legal action following my previous review, I have updated this review to clarify which statements are facts and which are my opinions. The facts: Ms Amelia Leung quoted for notarisation of 3 documents. I emailed all of the information about what I required to her, in order for her to quote accurately. In my very first email to Ms Leung, I informed her that the document attached in Adobe format had to be filled out in Adobe to avoid any changes to the format.

Also attached to my very first email to Ms Leung were instructions which stated that the form had to be completed in the presence of the Notary Public. Ms Leung responded with a quote and requested I bring a "Passport or photographed ID plus Proof of address issued within the last three months.". Ms Leung did not ask me to bring along the form which I had emailed to her so I made the (in my opinion, reasonable) assumption that I would be able to complete this form on Ms Leung's computer and print it using her printing facilities.

Upon arrival at Ms Leung's office, it seemed to me that she hadn't read any of the documents which I had sent to her. After explaining what the instructions I'd sent to her said, Ms Leung was not prepared to allow me to complete the form on her computer. She attempted to have me handwrite the information onto a printed copy of the form, but the instructions sent to Ms Leung prior to our meeting specifically stated that handwritten forms would not be acceptable due to the potential for errors being made by misinterpretation of handwritten information.

After spending 45 minutes at Ms Leung's office, I requested the return of my forms of I.D. and left, informing Ms Leung that I was disappointed with her lack of preparation for our meeting. Ms Leung accused me of being responsible for the issue which had arisen (despite the fact I'd provided her with all of the information/instructions I had, prior to her even quoting for - let alone attending - our meeting).

At the time of writing this review (1 week after our meeting), Ms Leung has not apologised but has continued to accuse me of being responsible for the issue. My opinions: Ms Leung did not prepare adequately for our meeting, which was unprofessional of her. The service was disappointing and I found Ms Leung to be quite rude when I questioned the amount (or lack) of preparation she had done for our meeting.

This task should've taken around 20 minutes to complete. To be kept waiting for 45 minutes while Ms Leung apparently did the preparation which should've been done prior to my arrival - only to discover an issue which should've been raised prior to my arrival - is an unacceptable waste of time to me and I would not recommend the legal services of Ms Leung.

I would never use this company again. They overcharge you and dont do what they are suppost to do. Then they lie you in the face, even that you have E-mail conversation proving that you are right. i potentatially lost a huge amount of money because of them. Dont do the same mistake as me.
