This was our second experience of working with Adam Jewels - previously he had assisted with our house sale and, in recent months the purchase of our new property. We can unhesitatingly recommend Adam's work - the attention to detail, persistence and calmness under fire eased the difficult and tortuous process of house purchase. All queries were rapidly dealt with and we always - and we mean always - had a rapid response. Technicalities were patiently explained and his pre-emptive interventions probably saved us - and the vendors - a great deal of time. A really great experience.

Greeted by an incredibly obnoxious young lady, she hasn't been with the company long, had no clue how to direct my query and her attitude was showing a general lack of appreciation to her job role. It is a shame that the standards have dropped, i have contacted this practice previously and been very impressed with the service. The first person you see is the first impression of a company. I will not be returning, clients beware.

My solicitor, Jo Taylor, was a great advocate and pushed my case through every step of the way. Very responsive to telephone calls and never left me hanging on, which had been my experience with other firms. Jo explained the law in plain English and helped me understand the processes we would be going through and time it would take. More than happy and changed my view about solicitors(for the better)!
