I visited this firm for some advice after being given their details from Plymouth Citizens Advice. They'd listed themselves with Plymouth CAB as offering a free initial consultation and advice service. What it proved to be was a screening service for the firm to see if they wanted your business. It was a total waste of time. As soon as they heard the case was below their "financial threshold" they couldn't get us out the door soon enough. Not a firm I could personally recommend as from my personal experience they seemed more interested in how much money they could get.

Dreadful. They didn't do what I wanted, did things I didn't ask them to do. Everything seemed to be aimed at providing me services that would gain them more money. When I had the audacity to complain about the service I had received I was sent a letter saying that they would no longer deal with me. Totally unprofessional. Clients wishes are ignored and feedback is not allowed. They are just after your money.
