Rude on phone. I had a matter that I was concerned about but was just told "Rules are Rules." No help given. He sounded impolite and annoyed speaking to me! Shouldn't be working in client based roles if you can't deal with people.

I have used Krista Doidge recently for a lengthy complicated transaction with my apartment. Krista and her team have been nothing short of outstanding. Professional, helpful, persistent and keeping me informed at all times. Very grateful for their assistance and impressed by all aspects of Woollcombe Yonge. So much so I am now using Krista again for my purchase. Highly recommend both Krista and Woollcombe Yonge.

Got a letter from these guys about a house purchase.absolutely nothing to do with us and the address is in DEVON.contacted them that its nothing to do with us and to make sure it doesn't happen again as they are breaching GDPR and Joe was absolutely rude say 'he knows its breaching'.no apology or anything glad this is the only time I have to deal with them and to send mortgage documents to totally the wrong house and area which is over 250 miles away is worrying.

I wouldn't trust these guys. If I wanted to I could do some damage with all these important documents. He didn't even ask me to send it back or anything which he technically should of done( although i would rather burn or shred it, which I now will do). Just seemed in a rush to end the call with me for some reason

This was no mean feat as my deceased father had left all sorts of problems with the leasehold on the property, and my mother was in a care home.
