Overall was a decent experience, Lyons was my insurance choice and at the start they were very useful. There was A year where the contact was poor but then I was give Marco Severini who was super helpful and on the ball, didn't work with him long but in that time he got a settlement and closed the case. Marco did turn a negative experience with them in to a really positive one and for that I'd personally use them again.

Their service was excellent throughout a successful case in which I was the defendant in a road accident case. I was kept informed throughout the process though the case was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. What could have been vey stressful was managed efficiently and stress levels were quite low. Sadly this is an absolutely terrible organisation when it comes to customer service and frankly common sense. Even after escalating a complaint to him based upon poor service, the senior person I spoke to who then made numerous assurances failed to deliver on any of them, leaving me to chase her and again deal with yet more ridiculous stupidity from a staff member.
For this she seemed to offer no apology or accept any responsibility. You really get the impression that they do not give a damn, as there are plenty more customers out there. Just rude and unprofessional.
