Strong Warning: Avoid Nick Spysznyk, Truman, and Their Business at All Costs!
Be extremely cautious when dealing with Nick Spysznyk and Truman. A quick Google search will reveal numerous allegations of fraud and deceit linked to them, with Truman reportedly at the center of many of Nicks scams. There are also proven employment tribunals against them, further exposing their dishonest and unethical business practices.
Do not fall for their false promises of amazing job opportunities or business deals. Many people have been misled and left in terrible situations after trusting them. Steer clear of these individuals and their business getting involved with them could be a serious mistake.

Martin was very professional, approachable and calm and helped smooth my journey through my small business sale. He had a very practical and balanced attitude guiding me through all the legal jargon in a way that made it understandable. His communications were good and he responded quickly to any queries I had. A fixed price quoted at the beginning was also helpful. I would not hesitate o recommend him and Truelegal.

An obvious statement but selling a business isn't an easy process. However, if it's not something you've done before it would be easy to think it's straightforward. It's not. When we first approached Martin he took the time to listen to our story and then asked probing but essential questions that soon helped us see the reality of what was before us. Martin guided us through every step, he was there for us when the process got challenging and most importantly his legal advice was top notch. Martin is more than a solicitor; he's a solicitor who has the human touch and who understands the emotions the seller goes through and then stands by your side. Selling our business had its challenges but Martin was always on the end of the phone to guide us. He worked tirelessly with the buyers solicitors to get the result we needed. We couldn't have done it without Martin. A top guy who looks after you.

Martin Truman provided the solutions I needed quickly, and efficiently. I was able to reach him on the phone or by email without delays, the work was done swiftly without legal complication, and I felt confidence in his work. Given that all of this was carried out at a very reasonable price, I cannot fault his service in any way, and would recommend him to others.

Thank you for helping with the sale of my cafe . As a new business owner you have been vital to help guide me through the process, and above all being very quick to action all requests. True Legal were so professional from the very first enquiry through to completion. I will be recommending your services to a business friend in the New Year.

Martin and his team supported us through the sale of our soft play business in Northamptonshire recently. Their advice & guidance through the whole process was thorough and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services or using them again in the future. A "True" pleasure to deal with.

I cannot express enough how pleased we were with the service provided by True Legal. Extremely thorough, comprehensive and professional in all the work they conducted for us. Worked as quickly as possible and were very patient when there were severe delays on the other end. True Legal charge a fixed cost and it is every bit worth the money.

Dear 'Mr Truman, /Peter Jackson (you are nowhere to be seen on Truelegal website. We also think it would be Truthfull to update your website, with photographs of individuals MANY of them in fact, that are not working for the company any more) I am responding to the response of my fully truthful comment. Isn't it sad, that one has to come to such a public arena to get a reponse?
I legitimately sent you several emails, and you opted for "Silent Treatment" Mr Truman, there is a clear indication to us all that your client didn't have funds for 3.1M to purchase 3 properties. Your client sent Quantity Surveyors, and Not Building Surveyors There has been no report produced in that respect. in fact you even paid rent for him whilst he resided in my flat. during the receiverhsip. as the property was going to be grabbed by Savills.
But Shockingly the same flat evaluated by Savills themselves 4 months earlier, conveniently was evaluated by the same. for near 220,000 apparently. I, the owner, wasn't even aware. The rent was paid weekly. as your client was going to pocket a property in Richmond massively under the market Value. You paid rent for him, i therefore kindly ask you to cover the unpaid rent and other losses that i incurred please.
No one is pressering your client for the purchase of these properties, the FACTS are there. That he was not there to purchase these properties, other than get hold of my repossessed property. In fact all has been a set up. Easy to prove otherwise. to showcase, the invisible and fantasy funds of your client Mr Nick Spysznyk. full crudential on line. for anyone reading response to our review.
No one can start any property purchases, without showcasing the availability of their funds, and you are well aware of that, and sadly i didn't know. To put this conspiracy to rest, i respectfully ask you again, to showcase his mortgage and funds, failure to do so, you are respectfully asked to refund my losses. well listed on number of mails This is what you wil get With TrueLegal. NoTHING TRUE Legal, i guess would be the best and most relevant company name.
Response from the ownera week ago. MR Truman oUR REVIEW IS Not Anonymous. Our client (who is not bankrupt) recently withdrew legitimately from pre-contract negotiations in connection with subject to contract and survey purchases of connected residential properties owned by the individual who has posted anonymously. Truelegal has provided a formal reply to her solicitor providing answers and confirming that we have no further comment.
Since our reply a few days ago she has bombarded our firm, her own solicitor, the estate agent and the professional valuer with vexatious emails accusing us all of fraud and conspiracy. Accusations that we have been anything other than professional are fully refuted by us. Peter Jackson

Truelegal was recommended to us by a broker after our solicitor left us in the lurch mid way through a deal. Martin stepped in, picked up the reigns and eventually completed the sale of our London based business. He was a pleasure to deal with, kept us informed of how things were progressing and was decent enough to keep to the fee we agreed at the outset - even though there was a lot more work involved than originally expected and we are very grateful for that.
We would highly recommend Truelegal because they are knowledgeable in their field and it was easy to meet with Martin because although Exeter based he is often in London. Thank you, Martin.

This company has amazing customer care standards. I was having difficulty with a business lease and found truelegal after a general internet search. They replied to my general enquiry within a few out of business hours, asked to see the contract and again within a few hours of business hours they had reviewed it and called me to provide the advice free of charge. I will definitely use this company in the future for any legal assistance and without doubt would recommend them. Brilliantly efficient.
