As a Legal Admin Apprentice, you will be involved in a variety of work across the firm for different clients. You will provide commercially focused support to fee earners and contribute to excellent customer service across the firm.

Cartridges and particularly Dan Smith were excellent in the way they handled my conveyancing issue. Great communication (which is vital) - they were always polite and responsive and seem to genuinely care about their clients and work. They represented my interests very well indeed and made the whole complicated issue understandable. I would definitely go to them again in the future.

Writing this review on behalf one of my best friends, terrible service from Hannah quick left him 2 weeks before court case, after being to honest with her he put a lot of trust in her over 6 months also spoken about very personal things (he's to honest) and isn't willing to talk to anyone else about it and now he has to represent himself, that is causing unwanted stress for him AVOID!

My husband and I had a great experience with Cyndy when recently moving house. Going to a solicitors can be intimidating but Cartridges Law in St Thomas, Exeter provide a friendly, professional service. The waiting room area is very pleasant and the receptionist extremely helpful. While waiting for my appointment I was offered a coffee and made to feel welcome. The solicitor I spoke with was very clear and thorough and I came away feeling very satisfied with the quality of service.

As first time buyers we were apprehensive about the legal side of the process, but Cyndy and the conveyancing team at Cartridges made it a breeze. Always happy to talk through any questions we had, and prompt to deal with issues that arose during the purchase. Great communication, speedy and very thorough. Even noticed I had put the wrong build date on our insurance document! If the conveyancing is anything to go by we would happily use them again for any legal services.

Called and made an enquiry regarding probate and the woman I spoke to was quite aggressive and rude. My enquiry was regarding prices and charging practices which seem to be similar to other solicitors that charge for everything in 6 minute blocks. The attitude of the lady I spoke to, made clear to me, my business wasn't welcome even if I wanted them to help me (which I didn't).
I wholly recommend Solicitors Title in Exeter who seem to be a moral law firm that charge in 1 minute blocks rather than 6! A real shame as I had a good recommendation for Cartridges but definitely not what I experienced myself.
