Paul Jordan was relentless in dealing with my separation agreement, helping me achieve a fair outcome in respect of my current situation at the time. In a few words, it had been the most difficult time of my life. But, with Paul's patience and empathy, I grew in confidence. I found comfort knowing he was my bigger supporter. There was a lot of legal jargon which I struggled to understand. However, Paul would always break it down for me so that it was easier to process. Andrew Wood did absolutely nothing in 8 months, then within three days of demanding money said we should get local representation. Absolute disgrace to the legal profession and put my family in great jeopardy. This will not end here!

I used Elizabeth Duncan to deal with a case she rarely responded to information she asked for, contradicted information provided, I found she had an aggressive approach to response, she didn't process information sent which resulted in her asking me to pay to continue with a claim that was no win no fee, very poor quality and a poor response to the legal process, I could have represented myself with a more positive result, I would think really hard about using this service if you want poor results, regarding the response below I noticed that they didn't add the fact that the original statements where in accurate so I spent a lot of time re writing what the opposition wrote, as E Duncan asked me to, they never submitted any of those statements to the barrister, also when I mentioned to E Duncan that her response states 48 hrs and not 2 months to reply she told me to go and get another solicitor, if anyone prefers this treatment then use them, I am still waiting for a reply from a Oliver that's been a month with no response, the problem with this company is they hide behind emails ripping people off.

I consulted Paul Jordan to carry out a separation problem, regarding sale of park home dispute, between myself and ex partner Paul was very knowledgeable on cohab separations, he kept me informed on all aspects of the dispute, ,a nd guided me through it to a successful outcome. Terrible solicitors. Not proactive and pass the blame for their mistakes. Poor response. Ongoing for well over a year, they lost all my paperwork and made me do it all again. Passed between people constantly. They don't respond to your emails or call you back. (I only got a response to my email I wrote a month ago because of writing this review). They continue to ask me the same questions over and over despite me having already provided these details ample times yet they keep losing this information.

They wrote up a letter of claim and wrote it up incorrectly yet shunted the blame for their error to myself saying I provided the information incorrectly which isn't the case. Exhausted with this ongoing battle. This should have been straight forward. They haven't even contacted the witness who was an officer despite me requesting this several times. Formally logged with police reference yet they haven't requested this information.

I've had to do multiple medical access requests because they haven't actively followed up. I wish I went to a different firm but now I'm trapped due to how long this firm has messed this case about.

Used Slee Blackwell following a dog bite when I was warned by the plastic surgeon that there was long-term potential for complications caused by infection, so I needed to make a claim against the dog owner's insurance.
