Matthew Bailey has been very helpful to my husband after his misdiagnosis of cancer we are very grateful for his help and hopefully will get the compensation that my husband deserves.

Dreadful. It continues. It only took 3 months for the firm to respond to my original review(below) which I wrote only after 6 months of multiple emails being unanswered, even when it went to a Managing Partner! This is how much they care about clients, cases and acting properly. Honestly there are so many decent firms, really don't waste your time as they really do not care when things go wrong. Disappointingly have had to refer the matter to Action Fraud and SRA for investigation.

Original review Awful. Would not touch this firm to do any legal work at all. Abysmal as we are now having to deal with a potential fraudulent situation involving them to which they have not even responded to any of the correspondences sent via our solicitors. Appalling and unprofessional. Photo reflects their service and conveniently located next door for authenticity. Hopeful that our warning helps others to avoid problems

Louise is a very supportive solicitor who provides nurture and a non judgemental service. I experienced a personal bespoke approach that catered for my needs. It can be a very scary experience having to work with courts and solicitors but Louise and the team put me at ease and were always available to give advice and guidance. Differentiation is vital with regards to disability and more often that not there is a lack of understanding that leads to discrimination. Louise and Churchers as an organisation prove their commitment to inclusion by demonstrating their knowledge and applying this within the court arena. I highly recommend Churchers for family law.

I really do appreciate that there are far worse situations going on around the world in comparison to my problem. I am highly disappointed at the solicitor sent to represent me. He was just mumbling in court and had nothing positive to say about me so I get a lesser sentence. He convinced me to change my plea saying I will get a lesser sentence but I still got the maximum sentence. Should have stuck to pleading not guilty and used a duty solicitor in court instead of paying to be represented. will never ever use that firm again. NEVER!

I gave everything inblack and white pre agreed with my husband I was separating from. First I was told 500 but it cost me over 1000. Letters aren't clear and if you phone to question it, your charged. If you tell them they've made an error you're chRged again. I'm not even sure if I legally separated as I've nothing with their signature stampetc

(Update reply below to Ian) In a situation where I was given Rachael Roberts, no mention to me about a prepared statement, which would have been the best option in that postion, she was difficult to get hold of and long to return calls, i felt like she wasn't on my side, very matey with the officer in charge, which was interviewing me. She had little to no time for me.

I seeked help else where and was found not guilty! (Update reply) I had never heard of a prepared statement until I seeked help else where. I was definitely not offered it. As stated before I was not happy because Rachael Roberts had no time to listen to my side of the story! Which was the Truth and consistent if only she had the time to LISTEN! There was NO road rage incident as you describe so you have CLEARLY MISTAKEN ME FOR ANOTHER CLIENT.

That's Shocking on your part too. I was found not guilty due to truth on my side which again she wasn't interested in hearing. I wasnt inconsistent at all. That's a lie on your part too!

Whenever I have had private matters to deal with churches have always been very helpful

I was very impressed with Churchers Services and especially with Leesa Longden-Thurgood she was of great assistance at a very stressful and emotional time. I have reffered Leesa many times for friends and contacts looking for a reliable firm but and a compassionate divorce solicitor/lawyer.
