I had to do with them my remortgage, I give only one star because it cost me more then supposed to be. They was late with completion and that's cost my extra interest, and all them charges as well

I was a first time buyer and decided to use Andrew and Andrew to be my solicitors for the process. All I can say is it was the best decision I made. Emily Oldfield handled my purchase for me and the support and level of service I received was next level. The Solicitors and Emily herself were professional at all times whilst being approachable and friendly with the service given, and as someone with no prior knowledge of the processes involved all my questions were answered and I was never left feeling confused or uncertain about the stages of the purchase. Overall I would unquestionably use Andrew and Andrew and more specifically, Emily, again because she made a well known stressful occasion go without a hitch!

The most unprofessional and rude solicitors I have ever had to deal with. My case was left for weeks because someone was on holiday. When I questioned it, I was told by my solicitor "It's not my job to make sure we have enough staff" When I asked who's job it was "You can speak to my director and the phone was put down" Then I was called by the most disgustingly rude human being, who clearly feels the need talk down to people to make himself feel more important (Director Wiz).

My 3 emails over 6 weeks- "you clearly expect far more that we able to provide" "I am wasting my time just talking to you as I have far more important things to do" "You have just told me the same story twice, it's really quite boring" - problem was, they left the case for over 2 weeks twice! Because they didn't have enough staff. No can "I hear you have some concerns can I ask what your problem is?" Or "How can I help" No. just rude and abusive for 20 minutes from the off.

I waited and let him finish but before I could say one sentence, I was shut down and takes over. Once you hear that from the top. You know why others in the company are the same. True leaders set the tone. Set the ethos for their company. not Mr Wiz If you want your case to be neglected, if you want to be spoken to like a piece of trash, if you want poor advice then this firm is for you! Good luck

First time I have used a&a. Was put in touch with Emily Oldfield and immediately she was very professional and I knew I was in good hands. The sale and purchase fell through but Emily was patient and nothing was to much trouble. She also went to great lengths to inform me of an Covenant on the property and answered any concerns I had around this. Overall a fantastic service by Emily and I would definitely use her again even tho I don't live in Portsmouth anymore.

Just had the sale of our Fareham property complete with Andrew & Andrew. I can't emphasise enough how effortless & smooth the whole process has been. Despite us living in Italy, the whole process took around 8 weeks from Offer to Completion. 5*

We used Andrew & Andrew to carry out the conveyancing for our sale and purchase. They are highly recommended as they were very professional throughout and worked hard to ensure that the process went smoothly. During the whole process we had complete transparency regarding what was going on and they were always on hand to answer questions no matter how basic or complicated.

I used A&A for a recent house purchase. I found the whole team extremely professional. Whoever I spoke to knew the latest position and all were very knowledgeable about the law and the process. Often solicitors are non-responsive and things can take a long time, but found A&A to be excellent, in responding to my requests and felt they turned answers round quickly to the other parties solicitors when needed. Hopefully wont be moving any time soon, but if/when I do, I wont hesitate to use this firm again. Thanks Luke
