Only seem to be money oriented, lots of mistakes, finished off a claim myself after an attitude of not viable! Slow to respond after lots of prompting.considering what they advocate towards clients but never seen (except initially to reel you in) i would not recommend this company to anyone!

Receptionist gave confusing information that made no sense had 3 cases wanted to discuss so now used another local solicitor. Receptionist first port of call so bad decision for them. Also I emailed them with my complaint never heard anything back from them so definitely would not recommend!

Not at all helpful. Didn't want the hassle to open up a file even though I was willing to pay. I came to them because their website states they do civil litigation but the case sounded a bit tricky. I asked if I could pay for a letter to just merely to state that they were unable to help but they didn't want to do this either. What is the point?

I phoned this company a week ago to deal with a very urgent legal matter, which I have a limited time to resolve, as they were recommended by my local solicitor. The solicitor at this company cannot even be bothered to phone me to discuss what I need done.
