Anybody is entitled to separate from their spouse or 'partner' but in the case of married couples this does not mean simply moving into separate bedrooms because they must maintain 'separate households' even if they are still living in the same house. They should record the date on which their separation commences because they may subsequently wish to file for a divorce based upon two years separation with consent.
Everyone hears horror stories about the costs incurred by other people, especially celebrities in their divorce. It is true that funding Solicitors fees is a major problem for many people, especially as only certain larger firms are now licensed to offer Legal Aid. However, where there will be a capital settlement, some Solicitors may be prepared to accept that payment will not be made in full until the end of the case.
Tracey is a graduate member of the Institute of Legal Executives, and a specialist in Family Law. Tracey graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Law, having prepared an excellent dissertation in the subject of Private Child Care Law. She then completed her graduate ILEX course with the Institute of Legal Executives, again specialising in Family Law. Outside of her legal career Tracey has experience in the retail industry. She has 4 children ranging from 9-24 and one grandchild.

I was disappointed with this site and what it has to offer, I found it difficult to follow the data. I did not instruct anyone using this site as I struggled so much with it. I have to say I enjoyed reading the mixed reviews about this company and I'm glad I did NOT instruct anyone recommended by this company it could have been great but also a massive disaster and reading the negative reviews it's more to have been a big disaster!

We have used the Review Solicitors platform at Balfour+Manson for 3 years now and our experience has been excellent. The team have been really helpful and worked closely with us to ensure we get the most out of the system. The portal itself is easy to navigate and our solicitors find it easy and efficient to request client reviews. It provides clients with a simple way of rating our service rather than using google reviews (where they need a gmail account) however the integration still pulls those google reviews in to provide a full picture.

Great forum for visibility of law firm reviews. Our law firm client reviews have been collected via the Review Solicitors site for 9 months now.
