Police Station Representation
Report
Legal advice at the police station is critically important. The outcome of criminal proceedings is very often affected by statements made immediately following arrest. If you have been arrested, or know someone who has been detained, it is crucial to get expert legal advice as soon as possible. It is always in your best interests to obtain legal advice before any police interview.
We are available to help you. We can attend to represent you at the police station free of charge 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We will never delay your time at the police station.

Magistrates Court
Report
If your case is prepared thoroughly and methodically then your chances of acquittal or of a significantly reduced sentence are enhanced considerably. With our expert wide knowledge of the law, extensive advocacy experience and daily familiarity with the local courts, we can provide you with the reassurance that your case is in the best possible hands.
Crown Court
Report
We have extensive experience of representing our clients in the crown court. In many cases, we are able to represent you as your assigned advocate continuously from the police station investigations stage right through to the proceedings stages in the magistrates court and the crown court. In this way, you can be reassured that we have full knowledge of and involvement with your case right from the outset and throughout your proceedings until conclusion. In addition and where appropriate, we work closely with selected Barristers Chambers to appoint a Barrister on your behalf. We always ensure that you are represented by an Advocate who is matched in knowledge, experience and seniority with your particular case. We never appoint an Advocate to your case without discussing that appointment with you first. We recognise that you have to be 100% confident with your representation.
Young and Vulnerable Offenders
Report
Our approach to working with young and vulnerable offenders is to provide clearly explained, sympathetic and honest advice throughout their proceedings. In particular, we work hard to establish a good working rapport between the young or vulnerable person and their lawyer and, once that rapport is established, to make sure that their appointed lawyer is the consistent point of contact throughout the case. Likewise, with the client's permission, we offer families and Appropriate Adults the opportunities to receive ongoing information and legal advice as their young or vulnerable family member's case progresses.
