When this conveyancing process unexpectedly reached a critical point in early December 2021, the Coles Miller solicitor Ruth Elkins moved heaven and earth to complete the transaction. Which enabled a move in before Christmas. A very reasonable charge for the conveyance too. In the end, all good.
