Very efficient. I just emailed with a query about our original house purchase, not even sure if they were the solicitor we used. They rang me back immediately with information of how to get hold of what I wanted (and to be careful I wasn't charged as I shouldn't be). And they weren't even our original solicitors! Think I know where I'll go in future.
