Phoned firm and all interested in is money not the law or helping people with disabilities who have been defrauded. Very rude when giving clear instructions. Avoid seek advise independently as this firm will charge you for work you probably don't need!

Useless, messed up probate first time round by forgetting to apply, when finally getting around to applying for it, a caveat had been put in place, which they then forgot to serve the warning to the caveator. When I complained, they refused to deal with the matter any further. Trying to get any information from them is hopeless, they say they will call back but then never do. They did the same thing with one of my friends when his mother died.

Poor service, but most importantly did not make us aware of important covenants that were detailed in the deeds to the property we were purchasing or even a copy of the deeds themselves. We were compensated 350 quid for poor service however in our opinion this didnt come close to covering the inconvenience caused. Will be avoiding in future despite the fact the conveyancer who processed our transaction left soon after.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness PAINFULLY slow service, said things had been sent out when actually, they hadn't. Had to go see them for a reply. Not acceptable. Went somewhere else. 4 weeks worth of work from these, other solicitor did in 2 days.
