Our five specialist departments (Property, Private Client, Litigation, Employment/Commercial and Family), enable us to offer a top quality service with a high degree of expertise.We have offices in Ulverston and Dalton that services the South Lakes and Barrow area. We offer clients fixed fees in most areas of work and are currently pioneering affordable fixed fees in family cases, private client cases (including wills and the handling of estates) and conveyancing.

We also have a busy commercial property department dealing with leases, property development, agricultural issues and all other business related property matters.
