In 1997 Luther and Rupert Rohan formed Rohan & Co. Solicitors in Haywards Heath. By this time Luther already enjoyed a reputation as one of the area's leading solicitors built up from over forty years of local service; like his son Rupert, he had gained his early experience working in London. In late 2018 the Firm relocated to Aberdeen House which provides a prime location within the heart of the town and is within easy commute of Haywards Heath railway station.By a poignant twist of fate Rupert's father was one of the original occupiers of Aberdeen House after it was built and worked in the same office Rupert now occupies.

I had a positive experience dealing with Alice when buying a property. I had previously sold a property with an online solicitor where I could see ever step of the way how the sale was progressing. However any concerns of not being able to see behind the scenes where short lived and Alice put much hard work into getting things moving in a good time scale especially as this was over a period of Nationwide lockdown. I would highly recommend Alice for getting things done in a timely and professional manner.

We recently sold and purchased houses using Rohans as our solicitors. Dealing with Alice mainly and also Hannah at times, they both couldn't have been more helpful, honest and polite. Reply times were quick, questions were answered in a way that a non-solicitor understands. They work very well indeed with PSP Homes (estate agent) who are next door to each other as well.
The combination of the two is definitely a service I would recommend when buying/selling a house. A stressful time, was made as easy as possible with Rohans and will most certainly be using them again in the future whenever a solicitor is needed.
