Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Marianne is responsible for the loss of a sale, drawing funds from a bank before the legal details were complete, really? being responsible for sideling the estate agent so the purchaser will not even engage with the estate agent. Now that's a professional outfit, not.
