We recently used Mackrell for the purchase of our first home. We couldn't have chosen a better firm for our first house purchase. The service was exemplary and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to future clients.

The worst solicitor company i have ever come across. I was using them to purchase help to buy flat. My file has been handed to someone who has no experience at all, with no communication skills, making mistakes and sending outdated documents to government scheme, help to buy. I was left waiting for mortgage deed for a week. All this delayed the process so much. Had to use storage for my stuff, had to live in a hotel and spend so much.

On top of that they charged me too much. And not even apology from any of them. When my case was taken back to the solicitor with more experience Gunduz, the things started moving, but even that, my purchase was completed at 6pm, where my agent told me that has never happened in her life to be so late. Meaning again my moving day had to be postponed as I do work full time and have taken day off for completion day.

I was really stressed and gone through a lot of worries. For no reason. I believe if you pay for services you should get things done in return as you expect. But not with this firm. They didn't even send my my documents to me after completion. So I have no deed and no lease. They should have really say sorry and give me some refund of my fees. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I have recently worked with Guvvy & Rob on a sell side transaction. I couldn't recommend them enough. There was a high level of support throughout the transaction, and they provided invaluable advice, from instruction through to completion, resulting in a successful sale.

Natalie sorted out my Will I cannot recommend her highly enough she is like an encyclopaedia when it comes to her knowledge on Wills. I didn't know much about Wills but knew that it was really important for my children to be protected and looked after if anything happened to me. She went through all of the options available and consequences in order to Advice me on the best options for my family.

I changed my mind a few times going backwards and forwards she was really patient throughout. I now have total peace of mind in knowing that my children will be looked after if something terrible happens to me. Thank you so much Natalie- a true asset to her company!

I want to say a big thank you for standing by me through the whole separation process from my husband. I was 69 years old when I chose to leave a 47 year old dysfunctional marriage. The decision to leave, or it was in reality my husband who threw me out, was a cold Friday in February. I had had poor sleep for weeks and nowhere really to go. I will be going to the Legal Ombudsman after the service i have received here, incredibly unethical law firm that manipulates the way they treat their clients. I wish i could go into further detail in regards to this organisation and their false actions within of the court system. Would give 0 stars if i could.
