IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR RATING I WOULD! I've never met a more incompetent solicitors, they don't answer the phone, and they don't respond, they only care about the pay and not the client. Once they lost a case they neglect and leave there client. They are the most sh*ttest firm and I wouldn't risk my life, working with these people. They are useless, and unprofessional. Do not trust this firm!

We have had the good fortune to have been using this company for many decades and they have given the best representation possible, i knew this company when they started up many years ago and cream rises to the top. Their integrity is phenomenal and their commitment to your case is solid and comforting. I, m astonished at some of the negative comments on here and can only imagine that the full story isnt being declared by the people writing the reviews.

If you need a solicitor that truely has your best interests at heart and knows their stuff and won't be tripped up then these are the people to use. They are the defenders of the realm

Absolutely shocking level of service provided by Blackfords. I was told by my allocated Solicitor to start preparing my own statement as she doesn't get paid enough to go through all the relevant paper work. Absolutely stocking and furthermore very unprofessional in approach. I actually used to use this firm before it changed to Blackfords and the directors were great, not sure what's gone wrong.

I certainly wouldn't use them again especially for child protection cases involving social services. So guys please beware otherwise you'll land yourself in a place you don't want to be in.

Useless they go more in favour of the police than help you out and are very rude and abrupt

I called them looking for a solicitor. The two receptionist I spoke to sound very incompetent and their office for London clients is in London. I followed my intuition and did not hire them. I am sad to read the review below about discrimination towards disabled people. I can just imagine how this has happened. The receptionist had no skills in dealing with people.

Would not recommend anyone to use this solicitor firm. Used them for a criminal case and also family case. They do not work with you but rather against you. For my criminal case i was advised by my solicitor to give my side of the story in a police interview which resulted in me being charged. After being charged i had to attend court which my solicitor who attended with me told me that the evidence was compelling and that most likely i was to be found guilty was it was my best interest to enter a guilty plea.

I then changed the solicitor to a different firm after which i was found not guilty. Regarding family law solicitor I would give her instructions as to what i wanted her to do but she would not act or follow on them. It seemed like she never fought my case but rather try to work through the case it get it closed as quick as possible.

Was misguided from start. Solicitor had no interest. I was ditched as a client when conflict of interest complaint was raised. They know how to screw you up the wrong way.

Fantastic customer service and delt with a confiscation case for me. Would recommend them with a gaurantee, that black ford solicitors will work with the best intentions to get you the best outcome. If I could give 10 star ratings I would give them 10 times that.

As a disabled client they treated me poorly and couldn't cope with the needs or someone who hasn't disabilities. They always seeked instructions from clients who where not fit to plead and where not capable of providing instruction, despite seeing medical reports of the same nature. When we made a discrimination complained, Blackfords LLP ditched us as a client
