This company is a joke we are using them for a house move at the moment and we're constantly having to chase them I'm leaving this review in anger because yet again week another week has gone by and we've had no contact with them and our estate agent can't get hold of them again even after leaving several messages. Sort yourself out Jeremy Update: Just had a very interesting phone conversation with Lucy who basically told me they don't have time to talk to estate agents, they're far too busy I should take my business elsewhere.

Maybe they should have told me that 2 months ago when they took on the work. Update: took my business elsewhere and now having trouble getting any paperwork out of them, and the attitude oh my god. unbelievable. Don't touch this company with a barge-pole.

We have used Buglear and Bates on a few occasions with notarising various documents in the execution of a will outside the UK. The service has been absolutely second to none, accommodating the needs of two parties living in different counties. Patient, polite & efficient. We would definitely use them again!

Appalling service! Didn't honour booked appointment. Both Jeremy & his secretary refused to come downstairs to discuss and resolve. Morrisons Solicitors in Camberley saved the day and were cheaper.
