I just wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the amazing team you have working in your Nottingham office. I dare say I am one of the more demanding clients Helen and Janine have worked with, but they have been superb throughout promptly responding to any queries and ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible which hasn't been easy due to estate agents 'forgetting' to share key information such as our purchaser being homeless after 25th Aug and that our onward purchase not being able to complete until 1st Oct.
