Explain in writing the services we will provide to you to, any relevant time scale we will work to and provide timely progress updates. Confirm in writing the name of the person who will deal with your matter and how you can contact them during office hours or leave a message for them outside office hours. Confirm in writing our fee and charging structures, our best estimate of the fee for your matter and the other terms on which we will act for you.

Actons successfully obtained compensation for me for a broken tooth from hard particles in a food. The other solicitors either took too long to get back to me after I contacted them or were not interested because I didn't have a till receipt to show which shop I bought the food from. Actons went straight to the manufacturer themselves to secure compensation. Thanks Actons.

Glad I chose them. Very professional and caring from the moment I first spoke to Justine in 2015. She was the only one that understood my issue out of all places I called. It took quite long to resolve my case because of such a difficult defendant but actons did not give up on me. I am so pleased with the compensation I got. I would like to say I would use again but hopefully I will never be in that situation again

Stay away from this company! Slow, rude, unprofessional. After making you sign and convincing you to buy a legal expenses insurance they just make you feel unwelcomed and leave you powerless, disrespected and humiliated. It is since October 2015 that I'm waiting for a positive outcome of my claim, after a traumatic injury caused by a negligent beautician who literally ripped off my upper lip skin leaving me with a horrible mark on my face for months. What I got back it's just a rude, inexperienced and unprofessional allocated solicitor and a careless head of department. Just stay away from them.
