He could not have been been more helpful. He explained everything i needed to know very simply so i was able to understand. He was a gentleman. Just want to say a BIG "Thank you" to Indy at Murria Solicitors. I have never used Murria Solicitors and i doubt Indy will recall our conversation, however i had a minor accident on the M40 at Oxford services in a Enterprise rent a Van vehicle. I received a letter from the court to pay over 3000 in damages when there was no damage to the other vehicle. Having spoken to another 3 solicitors who all wanted a fee, Indy at Murria solicitors advised me correctly and i have this morning received a letter from the court advising the case has been dropped.

Do not try to use this law firm if you want Representation with a civil action with the police if there's a female involved regardless of how much evidence you have they will fob you off with it's not our thing. When asked for clarity they just keep answering the generic it's not our thing. So don't waste your time with this lot of charlatans.

First time using Murria solicitors to conveyance a property due to them coming out most competitively priced and also via recommendation. They said that they would ensure every effort was made for the completion to happen prior to the stamp duty incentive deadline, which they did despite delays from the mortgage provider. Geeta the solicitor dealt directly with me via video call to witness the signing of the documents, making the process efficient. Donna liaised with me to work throughout the conveyancing procedure, keeping me updated each step of the way and was also easy to get hold of when required for instances that I had to provide information.

There were no snags or delays at their, proving to make this a successful venture. Both were approachable and friendly natured making them a pleasure to work with. Extremely pleased with the entire service received from Murria's and will be a returning customer.
