I instructed Glaisyers to assist me on my house purchase and it was the best decision for me. Rabia dealt with everything diligently and efficiently without stressing me about the little things. Once everything was in hand they gave me a detailed report and all the paperwork. Literally zero stress, great communication and professional service throughout. On occasions Rabia was unavailable but her team always made sure they provided me the information i required. Definitely recommend and would use again.

I'm a first time buyer and Rabia at Glaisyers handled my matter start to finish without any concerns. I was nervous of course I've never done this before but Rabia was reassuring every step of the way and explained all matters to me as well as going out of her way to arrange a office appointment for me during covid. My stress levels were always low knowing my matter was taken care of. I have already recommended to family and friends and will return to Glaisyers.

READ ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS, THEY ARE TRUE, PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE SRA (SOLICTORS REGULATION AUTHORITY) Ms Jennifer McGill (who is mentioned in the comments) was reported for Defamation due to failing to fact check a legal document with her name and her firm to Legal Ombudsman; instead of receiving a response from this firm (which is what Legal Ombudsmen advised, to reach out to this firm for an explanation first before reporting this firm to Legal Ombudsman) instead Ms McGill complained to the Judge about our complaint, acknowledging in court (which is recorded) that this firm had received this complaint but chose not to write a response.

In fact, we were told by the telephone receptionist of this firm to send the complaint again as they had apparently misplaced it but Ms McGill had already shared the court that day (July 2021) that we had submitted a complaint to her firm about her in May 2021. Legal Ombudsman had advised that if the firm do not respond in 8 weeks then further action would be taken.

We believe the telephone receptionist was told to ask us to send the complaint again in order to attempt to delay the complaint to Legal Ombudsman another 8 weeks further. The defamation complaint is that Ms McGill claims that "she was only doing what the CAFCASS Guardian had told her" and this has happened multiple times without fact checking as you will continue to read below.

We guarantee they will try to use this negative review in court, this will not affect the outcome of the case as that's already been determined; we have a right to complain and warn people of this firm - especially that this is in the Publics Interest regarding children and vulnerable people. Legal Ombudsman then referred us to SRA and free legal advice on defamation who have both agreed we do have a case and they will investigate.

In a second attempt to rectify this issue, David Simon (who has also been mentioned in the comments) then sends an a rude and bullying email to cause distress which again, contains information that has not fact checked by his firm - however has been very helpful in regards to showing the firms incompetence to fact check and their clients incompetence by saying the CAFCASS Guardians ability to do her job has been affected by the complaints we have made against her.

This firm does not fact check and takes the word of a CAFCASS Guardian who has many complaints over 7+ years of fabrication and who is currently under investigation by Social Work England and soon The Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman. This firm is dishonest and we question their integrity which has led to a SRA investigation. We have asked several times for the abusive, offensive language emails that their client (the Social Worker) claims we have sent - which still have not surfaced even after a full CAFCASS Subject Access Request.

This firm blames the oppositions behaviour, mental health, mental illnesses (if any) and Autism as a way of covering up their mistakes and pushing their dishonest agenda which has caused unnecessary immense distress and anxiety because of this untruth. There are also other discrepancies in this email from David Simon such as we have apparently contacted the CAFCASS Guardian but are not supposed to, however we are supposed to send in-direct emails/letters to our child through the CAFCASS Guardian.

It is also noted in the CAFCASS Guardians report that we have had no contact with the CAFCASS Guardian due to raising concerns about her ability to properly investigate and fact check correctly. No other contact has been made to the CAFCASS Guardian except complaints to CAFCASS complaints department using their website, which is an internal error within the organisation and is out of our hands if it is not sent to the correct recipient.

I urge you to please contact SRA about this firm if you have had similar experiences or have worked for them, you have the right to complain - do not let them bully you into believing otherwise.

Glaisyers have delayed my chain for months, apparently they neither pick up the phone when called not do anything else, apart from take the client's money and sit around with their fingers up their noses. My advice is: do not engage with Glaisyers as a client, and do not engage with any property chain where they are involved. They are the worst conveyancers ever, and their incompetence is felt throughout any chain they are part of.

I used these solicitors as a teenager in the late 90s they wrre great.

Critical: Quality I lost my house, home, contents & family thanks to Glaisyers. They altered legal documents. Also falsely claimed from Legal Aid Board. They made up a Bill which was grossly exaggerated and false. Try to sue them and no solicitor will go against another. Think before engaging Glaisyers.

Have used Glaisyers solicitors several times, Adele has been exceptional every time, very professional and always keeps in contact, I would not use any other conveyancer.

I had the opportunity to purchase a bungalow I had always admired. I had to make a quick decision and was fortunate to buy and sell in 24 hours. I employed Glaisyers to deal with the purchase and sale and was impressed by their timeliness, professionalism and consideration. They kept me up to date with progress throughout the process. I would use them again and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

I have used Steve Masih on 2 occasions in the last 10 years, the last time being April this year. Highly recommended, very professional, what he says he'll do he does. He thinks outside the box with focus and direction, but most importantly I TRUST HIM. I wouldn't go to anywhere else, try him I don''t think you will be disappointed.
