Absolutely diabolical solicitor firm that the local housing association has chosen to use. We paid the local housing association legal fees in April 2021 and our case has been passed from pillar to post since this time. The work is very simple and our solicitor advised it should take 2 weeks. Well here we are in January 2022 and still no progress. They don't return calls or emails to our solicitor and clearly do not care about the smaller cases. Do not use unless you have all the time in the world to wait.

Unprofessional and uneducated solicitors, within two days of communication they contravened the data protection act, companies act 2006 and the fraud act 2006, this is a criminal organisation that needs shutting down and the CEO putting in jail. If you don't mind Being associated with criminals this is the company for you

They came Highly Recommend. But Called Twice for some Legal Advice regarding a family matter. Didn't hear a response from not 1 specialist Solicior. Very disappointed

Dont let the 5star reviews fool you. This company is here to rinse you of your hard earn money. The solicitors are employed to rinse the clients. The fees they charge for some of the emails/work involved is laughable. Isn't this True Matthew. Don't waste your money with these Jokers. Use a barrister not these solictors. This company will get you to waste thousands of thousands of pounds only for them to tell you, you need a barrister and they can then walk away after you being 20k plus out of pocket.

Wouldnt even put 1 star if i could help it! These people dont have a clue what they are doing. Acted on behalf of the seller for the house i bought. Made the whole experience an absolute nightmare! Never got back to my solicitors emails for simple yes/no answers. Every time they needed to do something it would be weeks without so much as an email to my solicitor to confirm they are dealing with it. Messed up and didnt order a search required for my property then got to last minute and tried to say to my solicitor they didnt need it. Charged me an engrossment fee of 150 when all they did was email the contracts over to my solicitor who printed it off, asked for it back and point blank refused to give it back even though they didnt supply this service! If you want a smooth more relaxed experience when moving try someone else these people are a complete joke!

My family have had the pleasure of working alongside Nsiem Akhtar. Throughout the 10 months (December 2018-October 2019) we were engaged with Nsiem she was a total professional working on our case and showed real tenacity. Anthony Collins Solicitors acting for the seller of 2 properties I acquired, I bought the properties at auction and opposed to deducting the auction fee from their client they deducted it from me, some 8000, it is nearly a month and I still do not have my money back, even though it was the firms own error they are refusing to refund the monies from their own office account, how can a firm make such a basic error! if my accountant had not have picked up the error it would have never been identified.

The firms client is part of Magenta Living who have a significant balance sheet, I certainly would not use this firm if they take this long to return funds from their own mistake!

Very professional service. Safa was personable, efficient and friendly. Our company set up was expedited with no problems and we would certainly ask her to set up the charity.
